Pricing
FILMING. Each videographer is $150/hr.
EDITING. Post-Production is $81.25/hr. Highlight videos usually range from $650 - $1500.
EQUIPMENT. Cameras start at $150 each. Audio is $50 per mic. Interview lighting is $150.
INSURANCE. Coverage starts at $250/day for Equipment, Property, and Personal Injury.
LIVE-STREAMING
Live streaming is a very useful service. However, it is a very delicate process. You can count on us to do the testing and setup needed to assure a smooth experience. We can handle anything from moderating a pre-recorded video to be shown live to an actual live feed with real-time graphics.
STREAMING TECH. $350/hr. This person will manage the switching, live feed, data connections, and streaming platform. Comes with an Assistant. Live Graphics ($150/hr).
STREAMING EQUIPMENT. Computer ($150/day), Monitor ($150) Up to 4 cam Switcher ($50/day), Cameras ($150/day each), Data Hotspot ($100/day) , Transmitters ($100 per camera).
CAMERA OPERATORS. $150/hr each.
LIVE PROJECTION. Send the camera feed to large monitors or projection screens for the audience to view. Transmitters ($150 each), Projectors ($500-$3000/day each depending on size of screen and venue), Projector Screens ($150-$400/day each), Large monitors ($350 - $25,000+/day Depending on size)

AD SETUP. This includes meetings & communications, initial audits, one landing page creation, admin onboarding, and ad detailing & targeting ($2000). The first 3 ads are included, but each additional ad is $250
MONTHLY MANAGEMENT. Ad monitoring, reporting, rotation, advanced targeting.
Audio-Visual
Audio. PA systems: Soundboard, speakers, mics ($750-$4000/day depending on venue size and number of mics needed.) Audio Team ($850 - $3500/day). Testing day required (Half-day rate).
Stage & Truss Builds. Stage ($500-$1500+/day), Truss (Contact Us), Setup Crew members ($100/hr each)
